Shipping Policy

In general, what should you cover in your Shipping Policy?

  • Shipping costs for US based customers are included in sale. 

  • Products will not be shipped until Hardtop/Products have been completed, may take a week up to a month. Message for more specific lead times if interested.

  • If any parts are damaged in shipping, customer will receive replacement parts with proof of damage. Customer assumes cost of materials; seller covers cost of shipping if shipping service does not cover expenses.

  • Interational order can be completed by working with seller to agree upon shipping service & cost of shipping. Customer will assume cost of international shipping.
